  1. Clean them from dirt one hour after collection.
  2. For a day, soak the washed and peeled mushrooms in saline (300 g per 5 l of water). This will remove all harmful substances and metals.
  3. After 24 hours, rinse the mushrooms under running water and cook for 10 minutes.
